By accessing and using Starlinga ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Starlinga is a SaaS ERP platform designed specifically for ceramic and tile businesses, providing inventory management, invoicing, sales tracking, and related business tools.
2. Services Description
Starlinga provides the following services to subscribers:
- Multi-godown inventory management with real-time tracking
- GST-compliant invoice generation and management
- Customer and supplier ledger management
- Sales and purchase order tracking
- Payment tracking and reconciliation
- Stock transfer management between godowns
- Business analytics and reporting
- Data export capabilities
3. User Accounts
To access Starlinga, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Each tenant may have multiple users with varying permission levels. The account owner (primary user) is responsible for all user actions and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
4. Subscription & Payment

- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months or years
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Upload malicious code or content to the platform
- Harvest or collect user data without permission
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
- Use automated tools to access the Service without approval
6. Data & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into Starlinga. We do not claim any rights to your business data.
Our IP: Starlinga, including its design, code, logos, and brand elements, is owned by Starlinga and protected by intellectual property laws.
Data Export: Users can export their data at any time through the built-in export functionality. Upon termination, data can be exported within the subscription period.
Backups: We maintain regular backups of your data for service continuity. However, we are not responsible for data loss beyond our backup systems.
7. Security & Privacy
We take security seriously and implement appropriate measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure authentication with JWT tokens
- Role-based access control
- Rate limiting and account lockout protection
- Regular security updates and patches

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Starlinga if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You fail to pay subscription fees
- Your subscription period expires
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for export until the end of your billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlinga shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months
- Service interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification to the registered account email
- Notice on our website landing page
- In-app notification on next login
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
